Big effort to make a new change!
It takes a lot of energy to have a new change for you jobs, lifestyles, etc.
The most important questions in all are those followings;
- "why?"
- "to which direction in your whole life?"
- "for who?"
- "using what resources you have?"
- "how?"
The number of hours in a day is only 24 hours.
I wake up in the morning, get dressed, get ready for your children for their school days, go to your work, focus on your TODO list, work hard, get back home, have dinner, let your kids go to bed around 8ish, and then you can have a little bit of rest from 9 or 10pm.
This is what I do. However, I get tired of this routine pretty much everyday...
What can be the booster for enjoying MY time and life?
Still a big question for me...

Interactive data view SW for high dimensional data set
Just having an idea to develop another SW to see very complex high dimensional data set in (at least, there could be a time factor for 4D) 3D view.
Maybe using a cross-platform library such as OpenGL would be great...
1. Based on staistics re. characteristics of data sets...
2. p.d.f.s for choosing feature set to use for classification/recognition...
3. Applying ML functions to classify, such as Weka...
Hmmm....Just need more time to implement those. ^^;

Links for IEEE AI/ML confs 2010
Just added my favourites in the bottom of the right coloumn of my blog pages.
The *s are: two *s - Must haves, one * - Good if published, no * - just interesting.

Statistics in time domain -> tendency of changing data stream???
Just thinking which one is more convincing to deal with complex high dimensional data sets in the real world...
Hmmm....Something tells me that stats is more easier when we got the fixed amount of data sets in hands.
However, in the real world whatever the context is, data from the Nature are keep on evaluating itself and changing in the time domain. Of course, until we get the the end of the data stream, we do not have any idea about the reference range and the meaning of it.
What if the real-time data stream has meaningful cycles in time in terms of the variation of itself and effect to our world? I think the most part of our real world work in this way...
What does statistics represent? It represents the characteristics of data itself using mathematical information. It can be dynamic or static(stationery) based on the time factor.....
Just so many different ideas keep on coming to my head....arrrgggggggg...

Alzhemier Disease Research
It's getting interesting based on the result of the meeting I had yesterday.
The application of one of my expertise in machine learning onto the Alzheimer research is going to be quite a novel approach.
Hmmm...Perhaps I should be doing some more research regarding methodologies applied to that particular area...
Anyway, the next step would be a harder step to find more important information from the data set.
